Frequently Asked Questions

What's the route usually? Do we stay on the boat all the time?

Our captain will be taking care of the route. We always aim to go to picturesque coastal towns as well as stay anchored at bays (e.g. 2 nights out of the week). We will sleep on the boat in cabins (usually double, more info to follow when contacting us) We will have time to go for walks/dinner in the coastal towns as well as drawing workshops at the marinas - boats and colourful architecture at sunset are always inspiring!

Do I need sailing experience?

No, don't worry! If you love the sea - you will get used to life on the boat quickly. If you want to learn a bit about sailing - that's a great opportunity but not the main purpose of the trip. Our captain will be taking care of planning the route and our safety on board. Sailing will be light and approx 3 hrs per day and planned depending on the weather

I can't draw much. Can I still join?

Absolutely! There's no need to have prior experience. This is not about being perfect! It's all about immersing yourself into the sea colours, mindfulness and creativity. You will have the opportunity to learn more about colours, techniques, tips and tricks, various materials etc. All the workshops will be guided while there will be open sessions where you can get creative by yourself too.

Can I join solo?

Yes of course. You will quickly meet like minded people and become a creative team on board :) Please reach out to us via the form for more details on accommodation.

What happens if I get seasick?

Don't worry! We will help you with a few tricks to avoid seasickness as well as medicines if needed. It's easy to get adjusted and also we will plan for easy sailing routes as much as possible . Still, if you always feel sick when you are in a car (especially mountain roads) this may not be the best experience for you. Feel free to contact us if you have further questions!
